If you don’t know what YouTube is, it’s a social media platform where people (known as YouTubers / creators) post videos of themselves being creative, whether it’s doing makeup, performing comedy or music, or just filming their lives.
1. Dan And Phil
Dan and Phil are probably one of my most favourite YouTubers to watch. They post comedy, challenges, gaming and sometimes vlogs on their channels. They make me laugh. And Dan has gathered over 6 million subscribers, and Phil 4 million. They both have separate YouTube Channels (Daniel Howell and AmazingPhil) and share a gaming channel called DanAndPhilGAMES.

2. Shane Dawson
If you’ve spent any time on the internet you would have probably heard of Shane. He’s been in YouTube for almost 10 years! And is one of the original users of YouTube. I’ve been binge watching Shane’s creepy videos recently, I would say his videos are aimed at a lot older people (12+) because of his scary/creepy and conspiracy theory videos, I think Shane is one of my favourite YouTubers for the fact that, he’s not materialistic and knows when to spend his money and not spend it on cars, designer clothes like a lot of other YouTubers.
3. James Charles
I’m not afraid to say that I’m a big fan of James Charles, even though a lot of people make fun of people when they say that. I think James is such an
inspiration for a lot of people, In 2016, at the age of seventeen, he became the first male spokesmodel for cosmetics brand CoverGirl, working alongside brand ambassador Katy Perry, In 2017, he walked the runway for MarcoMarco during Los Angeles Fashion Week. I think he’s really good at makeup and can inspire young boys to pursue their passion, whatever that may be.
4. Jessie Paege
Jessie is one my favourite YouTubers as she talks about mental health, identity whilst having fun. She has an amazing fun style and amazing music taste. She is one of my inspirations as she campaigns about a lot of stuff, whilst being a fun YouTuber. Her videos are vlogs, fashion and many other amazing things.

5. Clare Siobhan
Clare is the girlfriend of Fortnite YouTuber Ali A, and she is one of my favourite YouTubers, and has been for about a year now. I always try and catch up on her weekly Sims 4 series, and is such a positive person and her Sims 4 series is very diverse, so if you love the Sims as much as I do, you are sure to fall in love with Clare Siobhan and her Sims 4 series.

6. Grace And Grace
Grace and Grace are two 15 year-old beauty, fashion and lifestyle YouTubers, in which they have gained 200,000+ subscribers. I really like there channel(s) as they are around a similar age to me. So I feel like I relate with them more, I especially like their advice.

Frank collaborates a lot with Jessie Paege a lot. But he generally talks about his music taste in emo bands. He also does a lot of challenges, which are very funny. I defiantly think people who like similar bands to him can understand his videos more.
8. Saffron Barker
Even though I don’t watch that much beauty on YouTube, I would hands-down say that Saffron in one of my favourite YouTubers to watch right now.
For me, I was never a fan of Zoella, I felt going into my teen years I would need a beauty YouTuber who gave really good advice. I felt like in 2017 that Zoella’s platform on YouTube was dying, and she was losing subscribers, and didn’t seem to be the person she was in 2015. But then I found Saffron whilst scrolling through my recommend section. A bright and breezy 17 year-old who seemed to understand teens today as she had been one not that long ago! I videos seemed to be more or less unedited and that made me feel like she was real and embraces her imperfections.

Alexrainbirdmusic post music playlists on YouTube, I like their videos as it helps me discover new and edgy indie or rock bands. Most of the bands are new and upcoming but they have an amazing sound. One of my personal favourites is a song by a band called Selahphonic and the song is called Ghost Of 1999.
10. James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke
This isn’t a YouTuber but a type of YouTube video, and that is Carpool Karaoke. TV host James Corden lip-syncs and chats with singers, rappers and rock legends in a car, and sometimes stops of along the way.
